Synopsis:
Salome folows the legend of King Herod and his passionate desire for the young Princess Salome, who longs for the love of the imprisoned John the Baptist. When he rejects her, Salome turns to her powers of seduction to manipulate the King and seek her revenge.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
SALOME has a cast of 16 Actors and will be presented as a fully staged reading with music, in which the actors will perform the piece with scripts-in-hand at certain times. This staged reading yields a significant style that allows the audience to imagine and connect directly to the language of Oscar Wilde's play in a unique way.
